Irina Tanenbaum works with law firms and professional services businesses to strengthen operations, improve execution, and implement AI-enabled workflows. Irina believes that strong systems allow firms to serve clients more consistently, reduce administrative burden, and make better decisions with clearer information.
Prior to Sverdlov Law, Irina built her career across startups, institutional investing, fintech, family offices, and alternative investments. Her background includes experience in operations, finance, diligence, fundraising, legal documentation, process design, and strategic decision-making.
Irina was co-founder and COO of BEACON40, a healthtech company focused on cognitive wellness and healthy aging, where she helped lead the company from concept through commercialization. Earlier in her career, she held investment roles at MMBB, Artivest, The Juilliard School, YMCA Retirement Fund, and MetLife. Irina holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Rutgers University School of Business.
